Technical Support & Mentoring

The technical support and mentoring is provided via video call, and is reserved for advanced technical consultation only. Please review our documentation before requesting a meeting. Questions that can be answered by our existing documentation or available community material may be de-prioritized if consultation slots are limited.

After submitting your request, we will review it and reply via the email supplied with your submission. If not answered in 48 hours, the request will be closed and you will need to resubmit to reschedule.

* This request is limited to engineering and development requests. Requests pertaining to normal usage of the network, including its applications, will be promptly dismissed. Use our community support channels for end-user support.
